  I started shopping at the DFO store over three years ago. The manager is incredible.
  
  He has helped me with attire for formal and casual occasions; which is why this store is my first choice when I need something for an event. Thank-you for the fantastic service!

  My partner and I visited 14th of August on Sunday around 12:30pm
  We bought a jacket and ordered a pair of pants through the salesperson because they didn't have the size we needed. He also said that it would be delivered to us by the end of the week as they are really fast with the orders. They would also send an email when it's shipped
  
  He was very kind and professional. However by the end of the week we hadn't received anything in the mail. Nor an email or call. We tried to call them with the number we were provided but it didn't ring.
  
  We then tried to call customer service however they didn't answer the phone either. We sent an email through the website and they didn't get back to us.
  
  We then called another store and they answered the call and offered to help us at this point it was the 25th of August. We didn't hear anything back and ended up going back to the store on the 28th august.
  
  They had our order out back and said they dont have a phone line (why were we provided a phone number) and that they didn't know where to send it. We had given them our phone number and address on the day we ordered it. It seems that they were hoping that we wouldn't come back. Very disappointed in the entire experience

  Great service. I looked visibly nervous yet the clerk treated me like a normal customer despite the fact I was absolutely not the target demographic. I really appreciated that. He was very helpful, friendly and made me feel more welcome. Even though in the end I didn't buy anything there, I'd still think about coming back.

  Great service, was not pushy and very informative. Felt comfortable trying on clothes and finding the right fit.
