  These are great little cars, conveniently located. They're extremely clean which is greatly appreciated. They don't have artificial chemical fragrances in the car which is a 10!

  I fly up from Melbourne to Brisbane and arranged for a car to be waiting for me at the airport that was to be fitted with a forward facing baby car seat for a toddler and rear facing for my new born baby who I was picking up latter in the day. I booked through another website and they stuffed up the booking. Thrifty were only to happy to sort it out for me at the desk. I then realised that when I got home, the forward facing seat was for a child allot older and I needed it changed. Spoke with Sam over the phone from Thrifty and she said bring it in and we will change at no cost. 10 out of 10 customer service and definitely will book directly with Thrifty next time.

  Great professional service. Very convenient location. Nice amicable welcome to all guests. Overall wonderful customer service from beginning to end. Very competitive and genuine rates. A number of options as per budget and requirement.

  This company is corrupt!!! The information given online to me as to when I was at the AIRPORT to go and collect the vehicle was in no way, shape or form even close to similar!! This is misleading, dishonest and not ok to do to people. I’ll be making an offical complaint to ACCC about the false and misleading information thrifty car rentals gives to potential customers! After hours trying to calling the Brisbane Airport Thrifty Car Rental (at 4pm - they close at 11pm) about my reservation, I was constantly put through to an answering machine until I said I was making a new booking! Then finally..I was able to speak with Jayden, who then informed me of the “new information” regarding my booking, that had changed 100%, he was extremely unhelpful, unkind and rude. I’m so disappointed and annoyed at the lies I was given when making the booking, and am now sitting at the airport with no rental car 4 hours after the reservation was made, and I refuse to use this company for anything and I’ll be making sure everyone else I know is aware of how corrupt and dishonest this company is.
