  The EMPR team are exceptional, they're always happy to help and will always find an answer to some of the more complicated questions.
  The range offered is extensive, and would surprise me if there wasn't a part they didn't stock.
  Shipping is fast, and packaging is always protective.

  Additional Post 10/4/19 To respond to EMPR reply: Thanks for the response. I have received the credit refund after the online Contact. BUT you still have NOT explained why there is an additional $8+ Tax for handling and package, such "Tax" never exist with other online firms, and I questioned if it is legal...nor explained "why" there was NO 10% discount at the check out, after I joined up as member.
  
  Original Post approx on 20th March 2019: Be aware of this Company's Billing method and ensure to check every items entry in the Invoice. Issue: Unexplained handling and package tax and added on extra GST in item which was already GST inclusive.
  Background: I needed a HP laptop battery replacement and it is out of stock with HP. Found EMPR Australia, the website is very comprehensive and advertised some sort of discount (not indicated "how much") if join up as member. I emailed Sales dept and they offered checked the alternative. Response was prompt, and after a No. of email communications that it advised me that 10% discount for member. The website price for the battery was $69.95 GST inclusive. Joined up and placed the Order - BUT
  PROBLEMS: the invoice was questionable: 1) it did not ask for membership details for the advertised discount, 2) it added on 10% GST for the GST inclusive product, 3) Further $8+ as "tax" which the Sales advised me it was the Tax for handling and package...Ha Ha Ha and never heard of such Tax, 4) $15 for delivery which was OK. The total cost end up over $92...whereas, it should be $78 with advertised 10% discount and delivery. I then challenged Sales and was offered something like $4 discount from the Invoice of $92. However, EMPR already charged my credit card for the initial Invoice of $92+. Absolute NO indication from Sales that the charge would be rectified. I cancelled the Order immediately, and notified my Credit Card to void the charge. Then 3 days after the "saga", an email from EMPR indicated the cancelled Order was accepted without fee incurred.... BUT NO INDICATION it will refund my credit card. Sadly, I am still disputing this credit card charge. Wish me luck fellow Reviewers.

  I made my client happy in getting their battery replaced before heading on an overseas cruise this weekend which I couldn't do without you, following the absolute failure from another company whom I had placed an order with.

  Thanks EMPR team. Had been looking for the correct Toshiba laptop hinges for some time. Problem was other sellers did not provide enough details to ensure their part was correct for my laptop. Then I "found" EMPR. Their site was detailed and accurate. Exactly what I needed. Email support confirmed correct parts as well. Ordered and picked up Brisbane warehouse in 3 days as had to come from interstate. Great service and highly recommend.
