Also when attending the desk at Brisbane airport I was asked to electronically sign an agreement to conditions which were not displayed until the next screen (after signing).
I was disappointed also when collecting the car. The young guy behind the counter gave me the condition report and simply said sign here please. When I asked where the car was so I could inspect it and see for myself he looked at me like I had 2 heads. - Min Min Moe Added August 23, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Charged us extra $110.07 for returning the car 1 day earlier than the booked date. WHAT??????
We returned the car in good condition with fully re-fueled so that you can rent out to someone else and make extra $$ and for that we are penalised for our courtesy?
UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!
